Reta Lantz 2019

Reta Lantz, of Hanover, passed away peacefully at The Village Senior’s Community, Hanover on Tuesday, December 24, 2019. She was 92.
Born in Carrick Township, daughter of the late Henry and Barbara (Hill) Ortman.
She is survived by sons Garry and his wife Linda Lantz of Neustadt, Ken and his wife Janet Lantz of Hanover, daughter Dianne and her husband Robert Bryant of Sweaburg and son Darren Lantz of Hanover. She is also survived by grandchildren Tausha and her partner Donna, Nicole and her husband Sean, Christopher and his wife Tracey, Nathan and his wife Jennifer, Amanda and her husband Allan and Chad and his wife Selineh. Also survived by three step granddaughters Tracy, Shelly and Rebecca, and 11 great grandchildren and 8 step great grandchildren. Reta is also survived by sister Ruth Fidler of Neustadt, and brother-in-law Milton Lantz and his wife Jean of St. Jacobs, as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband of 56 years Walter G. Lantz and a brother John Ortman.
Visitation at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Friday, December 27, 2019 from 6-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 11 am, at St. Matthew’s Ev. Lutheran Church, Hanover. Rev. Darlene Rath officiating. Interment in Hanover Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce (South Build) or a charity of your choice were appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
