Peter Donald Alexander McKelvie died the 23rd of December, 2019 at the North Bay Regional Healthcare Centre in his 75th year.
Predeceased by his parents Aileen and Donald McKelvie, Peter leaves his loving partner June Waldriff and his sister Julie (Peter Glassier).
‘True worth is in being, not seeming, –
In doing, each day that goes by,
Some little good-‘ (Alice Cary, 1849).
Peter set his own course, trimmed his sails to the wind for a life of remarkable adventures.
‘I am the master of my fate. I am the captain of my own soul’ (W.E. Henley, 1875).
Cremation has taken place. As per Peter’s request, there will be no service.
