It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Paul Francis Joerges announce his passing on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Center, Stephenville Crossing, NL at the age of 70 years. He will be forever remembered and loved by the mother of his children Bernadette MacDonald; sons: Chad Joerges (Krista Brake), Trevor (Melanie) Joerges, Jeffery Joerges (Andrea Corbett); grandchildren: Brandon, Olivia, Brianna, Brian, Paige; brother Dan (Linda) Joerges; nephews: Danny, Jason as well as other family and friends. He was pre-deceased by his mother Theresa Gosine. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the staff of the Bay St. George Long Term Care Center for their compassion and care during Paul’s time there. To honor and respect Paul’s wishes cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium, Pasadena, NL. The funeral mass will take place on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 11 a.m. from St. Joseph’s Parish, Heatherton, NL with Father Kris Mekala officiating. Inurnment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Heatherton, NL will take place following the service. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to a charity of ones’ choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL.
