It weights heavy on our hearts to announce the passing of our dearest Mildred on December 29, 2019 at the age of 94. Born in Windsor on September 29, 1925 to the late Walter Edward and Ethel Sivier. Life wasn’t easy for Milly, losing her father 3 months before she was born. Then she lost her dear older brother Edward at the young age of 21. In 1945 she married her loving husband James Marion and over the next 10 years gave birth to her 4 sons. But life wouldn’t allow her to go on…
