It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ruby Conway with her loving family by her side, at the Sault Area Hospital at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Gilbert Conway. Cherished mother of the late Jim Conway, the late Randy Conway, Calvin Conway (Carole) and Colleen West (George). Dear mother in law of Johanne Conway. Beloved grandmother of 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Her kind and generous nature will be missed by all who knew her.
The family appreciates the care and compassion shown to our Mom by the staff at the Thessalon Hospital.
In lieu of flowers, donations are gratefully accepted for the Elizabeth Rebekah Lodge Accessible Washroom Fund.
Family and friends are invited to visit at Beggs Funeral Home, 175 Main Street, Thessalon on Friday, October 4, 2019 from 7pm to 9pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 11am from the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Pine Grove Cemetery. Helen Smith officiating. Luncheon to follow at the Odd Fellows Hall, 146 Main Street, Thessalon.
