Margaret Rose “Susan” McNulty
It is with great love and sadness that we announce the passing of our matriarch, Margaret “Susan” Rose McNulty at the age of 88, predeceased by her husband, John Raymond McNulty. She passed peacefully surrounded by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survived by her children, Patricia Brandon, Peter McNulty (Anne), Phillip (Karen), Mark, Paul Thibodeau (Sharon), Maris Smith (Mike), Vincent and Maureen; 22 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. She was born and raised in Saint John, N.B. She was in the nursing profession and retired from the Nova Scotia Hospital after 25 years of dedicated service. Susan was a long-time member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and a volunteer at Dartmouth Senior Centre. She was extremely generous, artistic and passionate about bingo. She enjoyed painting with her grandchildren and crocheting for various family members and friends. Susan will be forever missed and loved. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 339 Pleasant Street, Dartmouth. A reception will follow in the church hall, Father Jim Richards, officiating.
