Linda Margaret Cherry Woodcock, 66, of Callander, Ontario
Unexpectedly passed away on Friday, November 29,2019. Newly retired, Linda previously worked as a Director of Recreation and Therapy Services for both Leisureworld in North Bay and Eastholme in Powassan, where she displayed not only a passion for the health care field, but a dedication to those with dementia, and alzheimers. Linda lived a life full of love, laughter, and a selflessness beyond compare. Linda is survived by her loving husband Tom Woodcock, son, Ryan Cherry (Jenn Poapst), daughter, Jennifer Cherry (Jeff Baldwin), grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jillie, Cassie, and Maddie and her two fur babies Woodie and Willow. Family will be receiving visitors at McGuinty Funeral Home- Callander (87 Landsdowne St.) on Friday December 6, 2019 from 1 pm until the time of memorial service at 3 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Alzheimer’s Society of North Bay or the Canadian Cancer Society. Online condolences can be made at www.mcguintyfuneralhome.com
