Obituary for Jeannette Duquette
Died peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at C.E.E. Hospital of Bluewater Health, Petrolia. JEANNETTE DUQUETTE (nee Dupuis), of Petrolia, was in her 93rd year. Jeannette was the loving wife of the late Tony (2011). She was the loved mother of Anne Marie (Randy) Houdyshell, Barbara (John) Racher, Carol (John) Ruth, Michael (Judy) Duquette, Judith Anne (Derek) Kerrigan-Dick, and David (Melissa) Duquette. She is predeceased by sons-in-law, Kevin Kerrigan and Mike Noyle. She will be missed by her seventeen grandchildren and twenty three great grandchildren. Jeannette is survived by her sisters Madeline Reaume, Rita Lobzun, and Dean Jardine and brothers Richard (Marlene) Dupuis and Marc (Bonnie) Dupuis and was predeceased by sister Margaret LaPorte and brothers Roy, Maurice, Bernard, Eli, Leo, and Abel Dupuis. She is also survived by sisters-in-law Lois, Norma, Joan, Mary, and Lillian. Visitors will be received on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. with Parish Prayers offered at 3:45 p.m. at the Needham-Jay Funeral Home, 4059 Petrolia Line, Petrolia. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 11:00 am from St. Philip’s Parish, 415 King St., Petrolia. Interment in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Wyoming. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the C.E.E. Hospital Foundation (www.ceehf.ca) or Lambton Meadowview Villa Auxiliary (www.lambtoncares.ca).
