Obituary
Jacqueline Marie of London, ON died December 13, 2019 in her home surrounded by her family, both chosen and by birth. Jackie was a strong and vibrant woman who shared her joy of life with everyone she met. She especially enjoyed Christmas and while she will be missed by all the lives that brushed hers, her spirit – that bright light that was sister, friend and aunt – will remain with us always to warm our hearts and memories. Jackie will be remembered for her generosity and her willingness to always lend a hand; she worked hard and was dedicated to every project she undertook, bringing her own unique style and grace.
Jackie is survived by her brother Jeff Fountain, Jennifer and their sons Dylan and Braiden of Hamilton, sisters Phyllis Laufman and Cheryl Fountain-Gore, Randy Gore, and their children Ayden and Kaitlyn of Dutton, as well as many Aunts and Uncles and cousins. She is also survived by the family with whom she chose to live her life: Micheline Gagné, Joanne and Wayne Clark and sons Ryan, Jason and Matthew, with whom she had a special connection. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt appreciation for the care she received from her medical team, especially Steph, Sinoja, Sara and Melissa and Dr. A. Mok (family physician) and Dr. Mok (retired) who showed boundless compassion throughout her care. Thank you. A Celebration of Life will be held for family and friends on January 4, 2020.
