PRIMEAU, Hugh – Mr. Hugh Daniel Primeau (President of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 297, Cornwall.) It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden death of husband and father at the Cornwall Community Hospital McConnell-Site on Saturday December 7, 2019 at the age of 73 years. Beloved husband and partner to Claudette (née Pichie) Primeau. Loving father of Angela Eleanor Primeau (Joe), Hugh Gordon Claude. Cherished grandfather of Brooke, Brett and great- grandfather to Hadley. Dear brother of Andy (late Gail), Johnny (Shirley), John (Karen) and Bobbi-Joe (Stephane). Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Eleanor (née Thornton) Primeau and siblings Gordon, Jimmy (Bertha) and Joe. Lil UE will be sadly missed by his nephews, nieces and all who knew him. Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall where visitation will be held Sunday from 2- 4 and 7-9 PM. The Mass of Resurrection with Commendation and Farwell will be celebrated in St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church, 434 Second Street West on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 11AM.
