MESSIER, Hilda (nee Hadfield)
August 5, 1913 – December 6, 2019
Passed away peacefully, in her 107th year, at Stirling Heights Long Term Care, Cambridge. Hilda is survived by her sister Nettie Wilson; grandsons Mark (Nicola), Bill (Charlene) and Peter (Rachael); great-grandchildren Wilson, Meghan, Madison, Jack, Olivia, Sarah, Emma, Lily and Cooper.
She was predeceased by her parents Frederick William Hadfield and Emily Hadfield (nee Edwards), by her husband Hank Messier, by her son Robert Hadfield, by her daughter-in-law Shirley Hadfield, by her sisters Edna Evans, Mary Hadfield, Betty Hall, Hazel Gardner, Nona Deres, Phyllis Smith and by her brothers Stanley and Charles.
Special thanks to the staff at Stirling Heights for their compassion and support while caring for Hilda.
