Greg Prichard 19562019

Greg Prichard
1956-2019
Prichard, Greg, age 63, of Antigonish passed away peacefully
on December 7, 2019, in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital,
Antigonish, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Campbellton, New Brunswick, he was a son of the late
Gordon and Shirley (Murray) Prichard.
Greg worked for 32 years with CIBC and Home Loans
Canada. He was an avid sports fan, especially of the
Montreal Canadiens.
Comrade Prichard was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion
for 40 years. In that time, he held many positions on the
Legion executive. The patrons loved the wit and professional
manner in which he conducted himself. Greg deeply valued the
friendships that he formed throughout these years.
Greg taught his family many valuable lessons.
Perhaps the biggest of all was how he approached obstacles (even one
as big as cancer) with a positive, hopeful attitude. He
leaves a legacy of strength, courage, and hope.
He is survived by his loving wife, Rose (Arsenault);
daughters, Lisa (Scott) Gibbs, Truro; Lori (Tony) Van Den Heuvel,
Antigonish; and Ashley (Rodney) Adams, Maryvale; grandchildren, Grady,
Payten, Allie, Shawn, and Lachlan; sister, Heather (Sterling) Ross,
Campbellton; and a large extended family.
Cremation has taken place. In accordance with
Greg’s wishes, there will be no visitation or
service. A private family burial will be held at a later
date.
In Memoriam, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society is
appreciated. Online condolences: www.clcurry.com
