On Saturday, November 30th, 2019 Alfred went to be with his Lord and Saviour at the age of 93 years. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Irene of 67 years; daughters Janie (Keith) Dargatz, Diane Rutt and Marilyn (Alan) Schulz.
Grandchildren: Sarah Dargatz, Dan (Lisa) Dargatz, Julianna (Eric) Van Dyk, Kaylee (Colin) Bakker, Jordan Schulz (Jeff), Kacey Schulz (Scott), and Kelsey Rutt.
Six great grandchildren: Lewis, Arie and Braam Bakker, and Sam, Sawyer, and Arthur Van Dyk.
Alfred is also survived by three nieces and four nephews
He was predeceased by his parents Johan and Emma Glor and brother Fred.
A Celebration of Alfred’s Life will be held on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Beulah Alliance Church (Chapel), 17504 – 98A Avenue, Edmonton.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hope Mission, 9908 – 106 Avenue NW Edmonton, or a charity of choice.
