September 03, 1955 – December 30, 2019

Loel passed away unexpectedly surrounded by family and friends on December 30th, 2019. Predeceased by his father James; mother Violet; and brothers Eugene and Jerome. Leaving to mourn his son Mark Garland; partner Sheila Chafe Cahill; and his beloved brothers and sisters: Anne, Jim, John, Catherine (Cahill), Steve, Brenda (Jeddore) and Wayne; and sister-in-law Madonna. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, January 2nd, 2019 and Friday, January 3rd, 2019 from 11 – 3 p.m and 5 – 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th, 2019 from Caul’s Chapel at a time to be announced. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mark and the family.
