E. Joyce Bull
Joy died peacefully, on December 25, 2019 at 95 years of age. Loving wife of the late Roy for over 70 years. Wonderful mother of Michael and wife Glenys (of Adelaide, Australia) and Kathi and husband Dan Herlihy (of Toronto). Beloved grandmother of Jeff (Melissa) and Chris Bull; Brendan and Clare Herlihy. Great grandmother of Natalie and Isaac. Big sister to Keith Sommer, Bruce Sommer, Judi Sommer, and Warren Sommer. Sister-in-law to Elspeth, Robin and Beverly. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Joy resided in Windsor for 75 years and had an early teaching career in the Windsor school system. A full-time mother and committed volunteer in several community organizations, she was a supporter and participant in many arts activities in Windsor. Joy was a long-time member of Westminster United Church. If you so desire, donations to Westminster United Church, the Downtown Mission or to the Chimczuk (Windsor) Museum would be appreciated by the family. Visitation Sunday, December 29, 2019 from 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service Monday, December 30, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at Families First South Windsor, 3260 Dougall Ave (519-969-5841). Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
