BOUCHARD, Claudette – Peacefully, on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Sunnybrook Palliative Care. Beloved wife of Dr. Lance Levy, and the late Bill Bouchard. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Alexandra and John Chapek, Blair Bouchard, and beloved step-mother of Harrison, and Jack Levy. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Kieth and Nancy Bedard, and Louise Dupont. Devoted grandmother of Ellie, and Noah. Claudette will also be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. At Benjamin’s Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Avenue West, Toronto (3 lights west of Dufferin) for service on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 12:30 p.m. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Dr. Jonathan Downar Research Fund c/o Toronto Western Hospital 416-340-3935.
