It is with great sadness that the family of the late Beatrice Sarah Hynes announce her passing at the Palliative Care in the Carmelite House, in Grand Falls-Windsor, on December 24, 2019 at the age of 89yrs. She was a member of the Salvation Army in Grand Falls-Windsor. Beatrice is retired from the Carmelite House Seniors Home. She is predeceased by husband Ralph, sisters Linda, Dulcie, and Shirley, brothers Glen, and Gerald. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her daughters Magretta (Wayne) of Grand Falls-Windsor, Cindy of North Carolina, Judy (Leighton) of Lewisporte, Corinne of Grand Falls-Windsor, Lucinda of Bellville, ON, and Heather (Fred) of Pennsylvania. Beatrice also leaves to mourn her grandchildren Jason, Susan, Jeff, Ashley, Nathan, Kim, Krista, Miles, Megan, Kayla and Shane; 11 Great Grandchildren, brother John, and sister Alma, along with a large extended family and friends. Capts Devon & Laura Reid will conduct the funeral service at the Salvation Army Citadel on December 28, 2019. Interment at the Interfaith Cemetery. Pallbearers are Magretta, Judy, Connie, Lucinda, Heather and Susan. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Mike Goodyear.
