Basile Ioannou departed on Saturday, December 14, 2019 and will join his parents Giannoula and Antonios and his brother Demetrios where they will be waiting to join with him. He is the beloved brother of Eleni Vozikas and her husband the late Kostas, Kaliopi Markou and her husband Spiros, Fani Siagoulis and her husband the late Dimosthenis and Sophia Ntentes and her husband the late Kostas. Loving Uncle of Angela, Peter, Angie, Frances, Mary, Nina, Jim, Anna, George, Tony and Anna. Great Uncle of Kerri, Stephan, Eleni; Dean, Yianni; Laurie, Michelle; Kaylee, Kiana; Thomas, Joanna; Stefani, Dimos; Krystyn, George; Tino, Louie, Nicholas; Sophia, Alanna; and Ethan, Noah. Great Great Uncle of Julianna; Victoria, Matthew, Lucas; Madison, Dylan, Callie; and Isabella. Resting at the NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue (North of Rexdale Boulevard) on Thursday from 4pm to 9pm. Funeral Service will be held Friday at Sts. Constantine and Helen Church, 1 Brookhaven Drive, at 10am. Interment Prospect Cemetery.
