It is with great sadness that we announce that Clifford Raymond “RAY” Desrosiers passed away after a short illness at the Kingston Heart Sciences Center in Kingston Ontario on Friday, November 29th, 2019, just one week before his 66th birthday.
Ray was a familiar face at Seeway gas and was a 38 year employee at Walmart. His love of golf took him to a lot of places including seeing Tiger in Montreal and Brooke a number of times including the Canadian open this past summer with sister Penny and lifelong friend George Mather. He was honoured during the Keystorm Charity golf tournament this past summer as the last of the original competitors who had played every season since the tournament started.
Ray leaves his son Jason Desrosiers, brother Ron, sister Penny Cove (Steve), nieces Sarah Cove and Michelle Desrosiers, nephews Steve and Chris Cove and Micheal Desrosiers and grand daughters Savannah and Michaela Desrosiers. Ray was predeceased by parents George and Shirley (Kennedy) Desrosiers. Ray will be missed by long time friends Paul Bissonnette and George Mather as well as numerous acquaintances both at work and in the community.
A celebration of Ray’s life will be held at a later date. Please leave experiences and condolences we can share at his celebration.
