Sadly Giuseppe passed away suddenly at the age of 95 at Villa Colombo Vaughan LTC. Beloved husband to the late Francesca and loving father to his children Lorenza (Peter), Albert (Debbie), Joanne (Rick), Sam, Tony (Marysa) and Joe (Rita). He adored and was so proud of all his grandchildren Paul, Joey, Tanya, Nadia, Nicole, Christine, Andria, Joseph, Francine, Francesca, Sonya, Gabriel, Natasha, Michael, Nataliee, James, Monica, Aliana and Mathew and absolutely loved his great-grandchildren Amanda, Sara, Elizabeth, Pietro, Adrian, Christian, Kahlan, Noah, Anthony, Alessio, Madison, Ella, Saige, Nathan, Sophia Rose, Daniel, Ariana, Ava, Giampiero and Shaya. Born and raised in the bustling seaside city Palermo in Sicily, Italy, Giuseppe and Francesca immigrated to Canada in 1959 to offer their family a better life. Giuseppe worked as an inspector at the local port in Palermo, but adjusted to Canadian life, working hard as a TV cabinet inspector for decades. He was a big family man, pushing his children to be kind, hard working, and honest people. He was introverted, but would always light up when sharing one of his many incredible stories of love, friendship, and adventure. He was a major Leafs fan who still supported the Habs for the sake of his sons, Albert and Sam. He loved card games, trips to visit family, and dressing up for special or simply every day occasions. He was a loyal husband, a fierce role model, and a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
