Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gordon Edward ‘George’ Pashe on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 in Winnipeg, MB at the age of 37 years.
George will be lovingly remembered by his children Chloe, Mya, Aliyah and Lily, step children Cherayah, Tyla, Cori-Lynn and Zoey, his mother Myrna Pashe, brothers and sisters Stephanie, Fabian (Loretta), Lisa, Terry (Samantha), Danon (Christine), Theresa (Jamie), Tracey, Jonathan (Jocelyn), aunts and uncles Phyllis (Rudy), Joyce (Wayne), Eddie (Liz), Delphine (Dave), Cecil, and Willard (Dawn), as well as one grandchild and many special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
George was predeceased by his father Harvey Gordon Houle, grandparents Vital & Maggie Houle, Elmer & Georgina Pashe, and aunts and uncles Ernie (Lena), Jacquie (Delbert), Rufus (Lena), Audrey, Jim (Mary), Harry and Gary (Shirley).
Traditional Wake will take place at Dakota Tipi Community Hall on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 4:00 pm. Traditional Feast and Service will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020 beginning at noon followed by cremation. At a later date private family burial will take place at Old Sioux Village Cemetery.
