Obituary
BATTRAM, Jim “Lou” – Passed away suddenly at the Woodstock Hospital on Friday December 27, 2019 in his 74th year. Beloved father of Janet VanDamme (Kenton Pepper), Sandra (Dan) Parker and father-in-law of Marc VanDamme. Cherished grandfather of Devin, George, Eleanor, Keean and Jackson. Dear brother of Fred (Pat) Battram. Loving uncle to Scott (Jennifer) Battram and their family; Corelynn, Brantley and Nolan. “Lou” will always be remembered by his “adopted girls”. Predeceased by his parents; Fred and Greeta (nee Hodgins) Battram. Jim recently became an Innerkip Lions Club member. He knew many people through out Woodstock and will always be remembered for his giving nature and helpful spirit. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Friends are invited to join the family to celebrate Jim’s life at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Friday January 3, 2020 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. Interment will take place later in the Innerkip Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Innerkip Lions Club and their many community projects would be appreciated and gratefully acknowledged.
