Obituary
Anna Madeline was born Sunday, September 5, 1954 in Lynn Lake, Manitoba to Blandine and Zachius Daniels.
Madeline passed away peacefully with family by her side at her home in Pukatawagan, Manitoba, on Sunday, December 22, 2019, at the age of 65 years. Madeline grew up in Pukatawagan and was married to Ronald Dumas for 43 years and together they had seven children.
Madeline would go to church and have her children with her. She loved to play her guitar and sing her gospel music. Madeline would gather together with her family to go camping, picking berries, telling stories, enjoying each other’s company.
Madeline was a great coach to the Zachius Daniels Memorial Square Dancing Team and her and her husband would travel to compete at different places representing Pukatawagan. Madeline also loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Madeline also had a poker family who would gather together and play cards and joke around. She was mostly known for her faith in her religion but she will be greatly missed by all.
Madeline is survived by her husband Ronald Dumas; children Tanya Dumas, Audrey (Allen) Dumas, Ronnie Dumas, Daphne Dumas, Harriet Dumas, Vera (Chris) Dumas, Nellie (Erlen) Dumas; grandchildren Lucinda Dumas, Arnold (Naomi), Tammy (Braden), Andrew Dumas, Randall Dumas, Red Sky Dumas, Aaron Dumas, Abel Dumas, Shelda Dumas, Zelda Dumas, Hazelina Dumas, Zaniel Dumas, Shatoya Dumas, Troy Dumas, Donnie Dumas, Sheila Dumas, Chally Dumas, Joel Dumas, Lera Dumas, Breanna Dumas, Tyro Dumas; great grandchildren Sophia Dumas, Ronald Dumas, Trinity Dumas; brothers Leonard (Mary) Daniels, Danny Daniels, Ryan (Brenda) Colomb, Allen (Kimberly) Bighetty, Marshall Daniels; auntie Marie Caribou; uncles Celestine Colomb, Gabrial Colomb; nieces and nephews too numerous to mention.
Madeline was predeceased by her parents Zachius and Blandine Daniels; grandparents Solomon and Maggie Colomb, Dan and Louisa Daniels; brothers Patrick “Chap” Daniels, Solomon Daniels, Aaron Daniels; sisters Lorna Daniels, Virginia Castel, Maggie Colomb, Emma Dorian, Darlene Daniels, Norma Jean Daniels; grandchild Tara Dumas; uncles Marius Bighetty, George Colomb, Charlie Bighetty, Cyril Daniels, Marcel Daniels, Luke Daniels, Arthur Daniels Sr., John James Daniels, Manch Daniels; nieces and nephews Aaron Daniels, Joey Castel, Solomon Daniels, Samantha Colomb, Freda Caribou, Zachius, Pascal, Stephanie, Norbert, Bradly, Patrick Quill, Rainfeather, Sheila Daniels, Donald “Chanas” Daniels, Baby Daniels; and many relatives and friends too numerous to mention. If we forgot anyone it was not intentional.
