Obituary of Stan Tolysz
TOLYSZ, Stanislaw (Stan)
Passed away on Monday, December 23, 2019 at the age of 69. Beloved husband of 43 years to Wieslawa. Loving father of Martin (Mandy) and Michael (Jourdan). Stan was one of nine children, and is survived by many siblings in Poland.
Stan had a passion for his career as a butcher. He owned his own shop for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman, and especially enjoyed fishing with friends. Stan will be remembered for his great sense of humour, his generosity and for always being surrounded by his friends. He will be dearly missed by his family and by all who knew him.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Saturday, December 28 from 2-4 p.m. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home at 3 p.m. on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
