Passed away at Lakeside Home in Gander, Bertha Gill aged 93 of Gambo.
Predeceased by husband Norman Gill; parents Peter Boland and Ester Jane (nee Lush) Boland of Pinchers Island, NL.
Leaving to mourn are sons Albert (Betty) of Gambo, Fred (Elizabeth) of Gambo, Clarence (Ann Marie) of Tantallon, NS and David (Linda) of Gambo; daughters Mildred Collins (Elmer) of Gambo, Esther Dicks (Ches) of Gambo, Glenda McDonald (Barry) of Gambo and Donna Keats (Tony) of Dover. Sister Maisie Young of St John’s and step-brother Clyde Boland of St John’s. Also 20 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday December 13th from 10am-9pm and on Saturday December 14th from 10am-12pm. Funeral to be held at Emmanuel United Church in Gambo on Saturday December 14th at 2pm. Interment to follow at the United Cemetery in Gambo. Flowers are gratefully accepted.
