With heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Claudette Duchaine on 8th. December 2019 at the age of 89. Predeceased by her loving husband Marcel Duchaine. Loving mother of Carol Pitre (Yvon predeceased), Johanne Smith(Brian), Pernell Duchaine(Carole) and Arva. Grandmother to Jason Shonwise(Andrea),Samantha McCullough(predeceased), Michelle McCullough(Don),Shyann Brunelle-Duchaine(Zack), Jaret and Victoria Duchaine. She also adored her great grand children; Lara, Micheal, Kaiden,Connor, Damon,Ellis and Ellie. Close to her heart, her niece Johanne Burford (pedeceased) and husband Les Burford of Lively. Dear daughter of Rose-Alba and Napoleon Isabelle(predeceased). Sister to Nelson Isabelle, Rhea Pellerin(Isabelle), Gaston Isabelle, Rene Isabelle, Jeannine Isabelle and Claude Isabelle, all predeceased. Claudette also leaves behind her sister-in-laws, Gisele Duchaine(Ohio), Anita Peters(Ohio), brother-in-law Mario Duchaine(Louise) Quebec. She also leaves many nieces and nephews throughout Canada and the United States. Special friends of Denis and Michaline Savage(Sudbury). Claudette’s greatest joys were spending time with Marcel and her family who meant the world to her. She loved shopping and watching her favorite T.V. channel CTV Sudbury News. Claudette also had a great voice and loved to sing, her favorite Christmas Carol was Silent Night.
