1938 — 2019
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Hugh Alfred McNeill, a loving husband, father and grandfather, of Kelowna, BC on Friday, November 8, 2019 at the age of 80. He is survived by his loving wife Barbara; daughter Alexis (Steffon Walby) McNeill Walby of Middleton, Wisconsin and their children: Braxton and Carter Walby; step-son Travis (Steven Best) Ketler of New Westminster and their son Phoenix; Brett (Melissa Kwan) Ketler and their son Kole of Victoria, BC.
Hugh was an avid, competitive golfer and athlete for many years. He received many accolades in his life, including Kelowna athlete of the year and boasted six holes in one.
A Celebration of Hugh’s life will be held on Wednesday, November 20th at 2:00 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC.
