Obituary for
Mary Ann Strembiski
Mary Ann passed away peacefully on November 13, 2019 at Capital Care Lynnwood in her 88th year. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, James Strembiski; her children, Debbie Harrold (Roy) and Don Strembiski; her grandchildren, Heather Harrold (Mark Bily), Lindsey Harrold (Chris D’Angelo) and Joey Strembiski; her great-grandchildren, Evan and Nathan Bily, Thomas and Claire D’Angelo; and her sister, Mary Libby. Predeceased by her brothers, Frank and John Gerzanich.
Mary Ann loved dancing, gardening, and cooking. Her love for travel took her to China, Australia, Japan, South America, and many other countries. Mary Ann and James enjoyed wintering in Hawaii after retirement. Mary Ann had a long career at The Bank of Montreal.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Canterbury Lane and Lynnwood for the loving care of Mary Ann.
Celebration of Life will be held on Friday November 22 at 10:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue NW Edmonton. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations in MaryAnn’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and NWT.
