Leonard “Len” Doucet
1942 ~ 2019
Richibouctou-Village, NB, Leonard Doucet, 77, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont university hospital centre on Tuesday, October 29, 2019.
Born in Moncton NB, he was the son of the late Émile and late Emma Doucet born Myers.
Leonard will be sadly missed by his long life partner, Catherine Gauvin of Richibouctou-Village; one brother, George William (Anita) of St-Antoine; one sister, Barbara Blanchard (Léon-Guy) of St-Antoine; one biological sister, Carol Richard of QC; one aunt, Dorothy Myers; one uncle, Ernest Myers; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by three sisters, Pauline, Nancy and Stella.
In respect of Leonard’s wishes, there will be no visitations. A celebration of life will be held on November 6, 2019 at 1pm at the Passage Funeral Chapel in Shediac Bridge.
Donations can be made to the family or to a charity of your choice.
