Paul, Leonard Anthony, age 68, of Paqtnkek Mi’kmaw
Nation passed away on October 29, 2019, in Valley Regional Hospital,
Kentville.
Born in Antigonish, he was a son of the late Noel Robert and
Bridget Ann (Lewis) Paul.
Leonard was the last surviving member of his
family.
He is predeceased by siblings, Elmer, Isabel, and Loretta;
uncles, Stephen, Lawrence, Noel, and Charlie Lewis; and aunt, Mary
Catherine Lewis.
Visitation will be held Tuesday after 5pm in the Paqtnkek
Community Gymnasium. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday at
11:00am in Immaculate Conception Church, Heatherton, Reverend Andrew
Gillies presiding. Burial in St. Ann’s Cemetery,
Summerside Road.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of C.L. Curry
Funeral Home, Antigonish.
