John Chrysostymus Stang
(September 25, 1935 – November 20, 2019)
John Chrysostymus Stang of Rosalind, Alberta, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at the age of 84 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Joan; children Denise (Michael) Sorensen of Red Deer, Neil (Lori) of Edson, Pat (Dawn) of Okotoks, Grant (Cheryl) of Edson, Cathy (Tim) Christensen of Standard, Gwen (Greg) Russnak of Viking, and Dan (Alison) of Rosalind; twenty-two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and nine siblings.
John was predeceased by his parents John and Pauline; and nine siblings.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 28, 2019 from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church with Rev. officiating. Interment will take place in the St. Elizabeth Roman Catholic Cemetery, Rosalind.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the St. Francis Xavier Building Fund, the Lung Association of Alberta , or to the Cross Cancer Institute
