CLOWATER, EDISON HUDSON The passing of Edison Hudson Clowater formerly of Blissfield, NB, husband of Evelyn (Holmes) Clowater occurred on Friday, November 15, 2019 at the Nashwaak Villa, Stanley, NB. Born on June 14, 1948 in New Bandon, NB, he was the son of the late Earle and Mildred (O’Donnell) Clowater. Edison was the owner/operator of E & E powerline. He loved working as a lineman. Outside of work, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and golfing.
In addition to his wife, Edison is survived by his sons, Donnie Clowater (Annette Barrett) of Penniac, NB and Derrick Clowater (Kim) of Killarney, NB; brothers, Sterling Clowater (Carol) of McNamee, NB, Keith Clowater of New Bandon, NB; brother in law, Wilfred Holmes (Irene) of Fredericton, NB; sister in law, Sharon Gillette (Craig) of Dartmouth, NS; grandchildren, Edyn and Ainslee Clowater, Chase and Ashtyn Bartlett; uncles, Lloyd Clowater (Gail) of New Bandon, NB and Gilbert O’Donnell (Carol) of Carroll’s Crossing, NB; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place at Miramichi Valley Chapel, New Bandon, NB on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 from 4-7 pm. A Graveside Service will take place at Ford Hollow Cemetery, Blissfield, NB on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 11 am with Rev. Gary Countway officiating. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Nashwaak Villa Foundation. Personal condolences may be offered through www.miramichivalleyfh.com
