Charles Charlie Cain 2019

The death of Charles “Charlie” Thomas Cain husband of Catherine (Fenelon) Cain of Boom Road, NB occurred on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 77. Born in Miramichi, NB, he was the son of the late John and Margaret (Harris) Cain. Charlie was retired from Repap and a past member of the Lions Club. He enjoyed reading, putting jigsaw puzzles together and Whittling.
Besides his wife: Catherine, Charlie is survived by: one daughter: Stacey Mann (Mike) of Moncton, NB; one son: Robert of Boom Road, NB; one son in law: Mike Gauthier; two sisters: Dawna Sherrard; Paula Flanagan (Terry) all of Boom Road, NB; two grandchildren: Emily Mann and Ryan Cain and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Charlie is predeceased by: daughter: Shelly Gauthier; sisters: Jessie and Connie; brothers: Jack and Sterling “Tooie.”
The family will receive visitors at Meadows Funeral Home on Sunday from 6-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Thomas the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, Red Bank, NB on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 11 AM with Father Dan Melanson officiating. Burial will take place in the Church Cemetery later in the spring.
