Else, Victor William “Billy “as known to most, passed peacefully November 2nd, 2019 at Laurel Place Hospice, Surrey BC after a long battle with lung cancer. Preceded in death by Stanley and Christina Else. Billy is survived by his loving wife Shelley Else. His two sisters Isabelle Unger and Sherry Trusz. His children Lena Speckman (Ian), Ada Else (Craig Evans) and Bill Else Jr. (Lisa), Tara Severs (Chris), Amy Lockhart (Steve) , Nikki Clifford (Kevin) and his 10 amazing grand children. Billy will always be remembered for his exuberance in life, his connection to dancing and music, his love for his friends, family and unwavering energy to never grow old.
