Obituary of Betty Joy Nicholson
Nicholson, Betty Joy 91 years, passed away peacefully at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Ralph Nicholson. Loving mother to Bonnie (Ron) Thibert, Mary Pogue, Vickie (Tom) Dulong, and Linda (Richard) Mohr. Predeceased by infant son David (1947). Cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Betty was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed ceramics and quilting creating many beautiful keepsakes for her family. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16th from 9:30 a.m. to commencement of funeral service at 11 a.m. at Gregory Drive Alliance Church, 255 Gregory Drive West, Chatham. Donations in memory of Betty may be made by cheque payable to the Gregory Drive Alliance Church or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Memories may be shared at www.chathamfuneral home.com
