Obituary of Alice Ella Naugler
Naugler, Alice Ella- 91, Moser River passed away Friday, November 15, 2019 in Eastern Shore Memorial Hospital, Sheet Harbour, with her loving family by her side. Born January 2, 1928 in Harrigan Cove she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Nina (Rawding) MacDonald. Alice was a stay at home wife and mother. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She worked several years at the School for the blind in Halifax before she was married. She enjoyed baking, knitting, crocheting. She always welcomed people into her home and made sure they were all well fed before they left. Dearly missed by her husband of nearly 72 years, Herbert, daughters, Judy (Vic) Bezanson, Lower Sackville, Nina (Gordon) Bezanson, New Chester; son Roger (Beth), Port Dufferin; Grandchildren, Lisa, Cheryl, Mike, Jennifer, Jason, Patricia, Mervin and Brian; great grandchildren, Morgan, Madison, Mallory, Nicholas, Christian, Regan, Breanne, Tyeler, Wyatt, Miranda, Joel, Samuel and Hayley. Predeceased by sisters, Agnes Dahr, Doris Comley; brother Burton MacDonald; grandson Philip Bezanson; great grandchildren, Emily and Devin Bezanson. Visitation 12 noon Wednesday , November 20th until time of funeral at 2pm all in Ecum Secum Chapel, Ecum Secum. Burial in Riverside Cemetery, Moser River. Reception to follow in the Moser River Community Hall. The family would like to Thank Dr. MacDonald and Dr. Antony, the nursing staff especially Nurse Terri for their exceptional care and compassion shown to Alice and her family
