William “Bill” Gushue
Passed away peacefully, with family by his side, on October 8, 2019. Reunited with his loving wife Patricia of 58 years. Treasured father of Phillip and wife Kerrie. Cherished grandfather of Tyler, Malinda and Victoria. Dear great-grandfather of Olivia, Cameron and Madelyn. Survived by his sister Helen, and predeceased by sisters Kay and Anne. Bill will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Bill will always hold a special place in the hearts of his family and friends.
Special thanks to the many staff and team members at Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus, especially to the 3rd floor ICU for making him very comfortable during his final day.
For those who wish, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Visiting on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. and again on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until a Celebration of Bill’s Life begins at 11:30 a.m. at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841.
Cremation to follow.
