Vivian Leong
The family of Vivian Leong announces her passing at 87 years old in Edmonton. She leaves behind her husband of 69 years, Sam Leong; daughters, Lois (Stephen) Wan, Janis (Glenn) Fung, and Anna (Alfred) Mah. She also leaves behind four grandchildren, Amanda (Skylar) Robertson, Janna Fung, Ethan and Avery Mah; and great-grandson, Caspian Robertson. Friends and family will remember her for her great sense of humour, kindness, and generosity. Being an avid gardener, she shared her abundance of vegetables and flowers, and loved spending time at the pool.
The family would like to thank Dr. Victoria Ung, Dr. Winnie A. Wong, Dr. Winnie W. S. Wong, Dr. Keith Tankel, Cross-Cancer Institute, and St. Joseph’s Hospice.
Viewing will take place between 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 6 at Park Memorial Funeral Home, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton and the Funeral Service will be Monday, October 7 at 1 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel. Interment will take place in Beechmount Cemetery. Vivian loved flowers or if preferred, donations can be made to any of the following, Alberta Diabetes Foundation, Cross-Cancer Institute, or Edmonton YMCA Foundation.
