On the afternoon of Tuesday, October 15, 2019, Marilyn Emmalene Talbot passed away at Joseph Creek Care Village at the age of 66 years. Marilyn was born on January 6, 1953 in Innisfail, Alberta.
Marilyn was a very loving and kind lady who would help anyone who needed it. Marilyn’s involvement in her church community was a huge part of her life. She had a very strong faith that took her through many trials throughout her life. Marilyn loved to take people in who needed help – her door was always open for them. Even her sons would bring home friends and she’d look after them for however long they needed. Marilyn had a very happy outlook on life. Marilyn was an awesome cook and her baked bread was second to none. Marilyn was a very artistic lady – she painted pictures, wrote poetry and songs and sang many of the songs she wrote. She will be missed by her many friends and family.
Marilyn leaves to mourn her passing her three sons; David, Brian and Chris Jensen as well as her grandchildren; Bella, Aria and Jude.
