Sharon M. Nye
1947-2019
The death of Sharon Mildred Nye of Wicklow occurred on Sunday, October
27, 2019 at the River View Manor, Bath. Born September 29, 1947 in
Bath she was the daughter of the late William and Louella (Smith)
Lucas. She was also predeceased by 1 son, David and 2 brothers,
Charles and Jeffrey.
Sharon is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Doug; 5
children, Maxine Nye, Louella Nye, Wendy Nye, Krista Nye (Vernon) and
Doug Nye (Amanda); 14 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 2
brothers, Michael Lucas (Lorrie) and Marquis Lucas and well as several
nieces, nephews and extended family.
Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207
Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 from
1-3 pm. A funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm in the chapel. Pastor
David Inman will officiate. The interment will be in the Bristol
Community Cemetery. Donations may be made to the River View Manor.
