Ethel passed away on October 11, 2019 at the age of 90. Ethel was the Trotter family matriarch and a light in all of the lives she touched. She had a laugh that was contagious, a quick wit, and a positive spirit that affected everyone around her. She was selfless, warm and caring, and even in her later years, the life of the party.
Ethel is survived by her husband, Ernie; her daughters Maureen McTavish Trotter, Marleen Trotter (John), Kathy Trotter (Dean) and Jackie Trotter (Pat); her sons Dan Trotter, Doug Trotter (Jane), and Kevin Trotter (Dawn); as well as her numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; her two brothers Don Watson and Brian Watson; and many dear friends. She was predeceased by her husband Jack, daughter-in-law Carol, sister Mary, and brothers Bob and Ken.
A service will be held at the Rutland United Church, 1370 Rutland Road N, Kelowna, BC on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 11:30 am with a Celebration of Life to follow on April 11, 2020 the location to be determined.
