Passed away on Sunday October 27th, 2019 at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg
at the age of 93 years.
Beloved wife of the late George Burtis. Loving mother of Marlene (Ian) Kelly and Bryan Burtis (the late Sylvia) and she was predeceased by her son Marvin. Loving mother in law of Lorry Burtis. Cherished grandma of Jacqueline Wheeler (Greg), Andrew Kelly, Alisha McIsaac (Sandy), Jennifer Burtis, Cassondra Burtis (Nathan Brown) and Brittany Burtis. Adored great-grandma of Sophia, Ava and Jaxson.
Visitation will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division Street North, Bowmanville on Wednesday October 30th from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at LIBERTY CHURCH, 1965 Bowmanville Avenue, Bowmanville on Thursday October 31st at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to Sick Kids Foundation.
