JOHNSON, Lorna Isobel – It is with great sadness that we announce Lorna Isobel Johnson, our beloved wife, mother and Mammy passed with grace and dignity on Monday, October 14, 2019. She is predeceased by the love of her life, Donald Johnson (2017), survived by her seven children; Kim Johnson and son Kyle, Cynthia (Michael) and children Adrian and Ben Cox, Angela (Randy), Lauren (Doug) Leedy, Matt and Michael Gibson, Nancy (Hugh), Tyler, Tobias and Timothy van Veghel, Peter (Colleen), Sophie and Jodie Johnson, Alice (Patrick), Daniel, Emily and Sam Brohman, Miriam (Jim), Olivia, Annie and Isla Muir, sister Alice Mason and brother John G. Jamieson. Predeceased by daughter Marlene and parents Raymond and Evelyn Jamieson. Family and Friends are invited to pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home (112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls) on Saturday, October 19, 2019 from noon until the service in the chapel at 2 p.m.
Mom’s enthusiasm and wonder was infectious; she rejoiced in every success and comforted in times of need. Her kind and generous nature endeared her to all and will be forever cherished in our hearts. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Trinity United Church or Lanark Animal Welfare Society (LAWS).
