Peacefully on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at the Queensway Carleton Hospital. Loving husband of Elena. Cherished father of Bill and Sara. In honour Frank’s wishes a private family farewell was held Saturday, cremation has taken place. Internment will follow in the spring. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation.
