Obituary for Emanuele Nazzareno Fazio
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden peaceful passing of our dear husband, father, nonno and great-nonno surrounded by his loving family on October 11th, 2019. Emanuele in his 88th year was the cherished husband of Anna for 65 years. Loving father to Joe (Ines), Palma (Pat), Elena (Gary) and Carm (Sam). Dearest Nonno to Nando (Marie), Mara (Adrian), David (Ashley), Teo (Krysten), Andrea (Chad), Joey (Andrea) and Ashley. Great-Nonno to Luca, Christian, London, Olivia, Jacob, Aurora, Rocco and Dominik. Predeceased by his parents Rocco and Palma Raffaela and his sister and six brothers. Emanuele immigrated with his wife Anna, along with their son and three daughters from Italy to Canada 53 years ago to provide a better life for his family. He started working in the Steel Mills and remained a loyal employee for many years. His fondest memories were spent celebrating together with family and friends, enjoying summer picnics and fishing at the lake. Emanuele will hold a special place in our hearts and will always be remembered for his love. Thank you for all the memories and love you have given us, we will cherish you forever. Funeral Mass at St. Ann’s Parish, 11 Wilson St. W., Ancaster, ON on Wednesday October 16th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, 254 Garner Rd. W., Ancaster, ON. For those who wish to make memorial donations, they may be made to McMaster Children’s Hospital Hamilton or The Colon Cancer Canada, would be appreciated.
