The death of Donald (Donnie) Meade of Jacquet River occurred peacefully at his home on October 29, 2019 at the age of 65 after a two year battle with cancer.
Donnie was born and lived most of his life in Jacquet River and was the son of Ernest and Shirley Meade. He is predeceased by his beloved wife Sally (LaPointe), and is survived by his brothers Ronald, Bryan, Perry and Patrick, and sister Cheryl (Tardif.)
Donnie was an avid fisherman and loved ATV riding, and camping by the beach at Sunset Place each summer with Sally and their many friends.
At his request there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point, New Brunswick.
