Dave lost his brave battle with cancer on Oct 27/19 at Bob Kemp
Hospice. He will be forever missed by his devoted wife of 62 yrs:
Shirley (Gibson), his 3 daughters & husbands: Lori & Dan, Cheryl &
Bob, Debra & John; and 7 grandchildren & partners: Denise & Rick,
Curtis & Aliona, Kelsey & Grace, Jordan, Jenna & Andrew, Tyler &
Brandi, & Abbi, otherwise named by Granddad as Meatball, Tuffy, Bosco
Bear, Popeye, Peanut, Smiley & Muffin.
Predeceased by parents & in-laws: Eva & William Harris, Gladys & Max Gibson.
We have lost a hardworking, dependable, funny, stubborn, avid classic
car guy, Mr. Fix Anything, great friend, no B.S. kind of man. Finally
at peace.
Our heartfelt thanks to the staff at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, especially
Jane, for her compassionate care. VON nurse Susanna for her
exceptional care & humour.
At Dave’s request cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dave’s memory to Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice or
