Anne Sobchuk, formerly of Lang, SK, passed away on October 11, 2019 at the age of 89 years.
She was predeceased by her parents: John and Mary Hutt; husband of 52 years, Harry Sobchuk: her sisters Eva Hutt and Jeanette (Tony) Bocian; brothers-in-law John (Sophie) Sobchuk and Steve (Dorothy) Sobchuk; sister-in-law Mary (Walter) Schabel.
Anne is survived by her son, Gene (Patti) Sobchuk and family; Brendon (Rustie) Sobchuk and Porter; Brittany (Adam) Lindenbach and Reid and Audra; son, Dennis (Julia) Sobchuk and family; Justin (Megan) Sobchuk and Carson, Jameson and Clayton; Ashley (Miles) Hudson and Bearett; brothers Henry (Marge) Hutt and Jim (Elaine) Hutt; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Prayers will be held Monday, October 21, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, SK. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Andrei Kachur officiating. Active Pallbearers are: Vald Bocian, Michael Bocian, Andrew Bocian, Mervin Hutt, Jonathan Hutt and Brent Hutt. Luncheon will follow after the service at McKenna Hall, Weyburn, SK and interment will be held at Lang Cemetery, Lang, SK.
For family and friends so wishing, charitable donations in memory of Anne may be made to the MS Society, 150 Albert Street, Regina, SK, S4R 2N2.
