Winston “Winnie” McLean
1947-2019
It is with great sadness that the family of Winston “Winnie”
McLean of Perth-Andover, NB, announce his unexpected passing at home
on September 11, 2019.
Winnie was born in Perth-Andover, NB, on March 2, 1947. He was the son
of the late Earl and Mable (Levesque) McLean. Winnie leaves behind his
loving companion, Roberta Curran (Sullivan); his daughter, Moyra Kern
of Winnipeg, MB; his son, David McLean (Kim) of Perth-Andover, NB; his
step-son, Robert Morris (Céline) of Clair, NB; his grandchildren
who brought immense joy to him, Ashlee, Aynslee, Colby, and Janel; his
sisters, Connie Chrustie of Perth-Andover, NB, Brenda Smalley
(Charlie) of Greenfield, NB; his brother, Michael McLean (Penny) of
Aroostook, NB.
Winnie enjoyed many outdoor activities, but fishing was by far his
favorite. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends
whenever he could.
In keeping with Winnie’s wishes, there will be no visitation or
funeral held. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, September
15, 2019 at 3 pm from the River de Chute Cemetery. Rev. Claude Smith
officiating.
For those who wish, memorial donations to a charity of your choice
would be appreciated by the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover, NB.
