With broken hearts the family of Valerie Rabbitskin announce that she passed away on September 17, 2019. She was born on July 27, 1977 to Arthur and Kathleen (nee: Sahpahsum) Rabbitskin of Big River First Nation.
The wake service for Valerie started at 4:00 PM on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at the Big River First Nation Band Hall. Her funeral service will begin at 11:00 aM on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at the same place with the Elders officiating. There will be a funeral mass at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church at 1:00 PM with Michael Fahlman officiating. Interment will follow in the Big River First Nation Catholic Cemetery.
